I work for Fantsuam Foundation as a technical support person and Trainner at the Fantsuam Academy.. I am currently involved with the Foss migraiton effort at Fantsuam Foundation and building local capacity in wireless networking. I am also involved with the APC organised Community wireless workshops accross Africa, and the USTTI Alumni in country Training program for Nigeria. Looking forward to shareing and learning.
As part of Fanstuam Foundation effort in Producing an ultra low power Solo computer for rural communities, we are looking forward to collaborate in the development of a new piece of Linux software for rural Micro Finance (MF) offices. The proposed FOSS MF software can consider these two
main options:
a. ensure that the new software is made fully compatable with the
Windows application by making its data-file exchangeable,

b. ensure that the new FOSS MF software is also ported to Windows and
becomes the new standard

d. ensure that its able to talk with windows based Severs.

we hope Africa Source will recognize this opportuntiy and see to some commitment/partnership in this regards.
