Heather Ford, Heather is a South African who has worked for NGOs in the fields of Information and Communications Technology policy, law and management in South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. Heather graduated from Rhodes University with a Bachelor of Journalism degree and has a certificate in Telecommunications Policy, Law and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand Link Centre. She worked with Creative Commons when she was a fellow at the Reuters Digital Vision Fellowship Program at Stanford University and is now working as an associate at the Wits LINK Centre.
