I am Ndapewa Vistorina Hangula, 25 years of age and currently living in Windhoek, Namibia. I work for Telecom Namibia's IT Helpdesk, as a Helpdesk Administrator. I just completed an IT upgrade programme in Germany (1 year duration), where we did the following: Programming (Python), IT Technologies, IT Security, Web Publishing (PHP/MySQL), IT Project Management, eBusiness Systems and Product Management. The whole program was on Open Source Software and this is where I was introduced to the Open Source Technologies.

I have an IT Certificate: Information Technology and Diploma: Business Computing from the Polytechnic of Namibia, as well as Certificates in IT Upgrade, Product Manager and International Management from InWent Upgrade Program, Germany.
