Born in 1979, Emmanuel Bashige is undergraduated in Management and Economic Sciences. He've studied also computer oporating systems and one year of English learning.

Working in a professional training center for one year of teaching computer operating systems, teaching english language, and handle the center's accountancy and administration.
Now six years, working as chief of Community and Multimedia Center for Self-financing for a community radio called “Radio Maendeleo” which means "development". He's been involved in big ICT projects aimed to integrate the use of computer in the radio's daily works, integrate the use of Internet and digital data management in journalist's daily works, third, impliment a Community Multimedia Center for Self-financing through what civil society's ONG can use ICT: installing VSAT connection for providing Internet to ONGs, designing web sites, etc. He's now designing Radio Maendeleo's web site www.radiomaendeleo.org using PHP, MSQL and free open sources.
