I am the Founder/Executive Director of Helps International (HINT), an NGO that strongly believe that meaningful development is strongly tied to access to and proper use of the modern information and communication technologies. I oversee all IT applications and solutions at HINT such as networking, software and hardware maintenance. We recently switched our Internet Server from Windows to Linux and are working to set up an FTP server to enable us connect multiple terminals to it, so as to save cost and increase speed. I consider to have taught myself much of what I now know in relation to networking, FOSS, and computer maintenance. I gained interest in FOSS when a friend gave me an OpenOffice CD during a workshop organised by Kabissa in Lagos. While at the University, I gained a strong liking for computers as I majored in maths and minored in Computer Science.

In addition I also have extensive experience in web development and have provided free web designs for over 16 non-profits in Cameroon, Ghana, and Togo. I am also a certified training partner with Kabissa, USA on using it "Time To Get Online" Training Curriculum.
